Beyond his service career, Dustin is also the owner of CHOSEN Roofing, a Firefighter-owned roofing company built on the values of honesty, quality, and integrity. Under his leadership, CHOSEN Roofing has become a trusted name across the Tulsa metro area, specializing in GAF-certified installations, storm restoration, and insurance-backed roofing solutions — all delivered with the company’s guiding motto: “Built on Integrity.”

In addition to his professional achievements, Dustin is deeply invested in the future of Broken Arrow’s youth. Known to many as Coach Fletch, he plays an active role in BA Football Futures, FAST, and local youth development programs, helping shape the next generation of student-athletes through teamwork, toughness, and tradition.

Dustin’s greatest pride, however, lies in his family. He is married to his wife Rachel Fletcher, and together they are raising their four children in Broken Arrow — building their family around faith, community, and the same values of integrity and service that guide every aspect of his life.
